Executing strategy alongside C-level executives is Brittni Pierce’s specialty. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to KLV Capital and Vic Keller, she directs marketing, runs investor relations, and leads each team with integrity and positivity.

Throughout her career, Brittni has incorporated best practices from diverse sources, from helping executives at one of the nation’s largest heavy civil construction companies, Granite Construction, to working as an Analyst at an international Tier 1 aerospace components supplier, GKN Aerospace. Gaining in-depth and high-pressure operations experience across multiple industries and business streams, Brittni solves problems head-on.

At GKN Aerospace, Brittni was a vital member of the business development team responsible for building out the North American Government Affairs department. In 2016, she joined the executive leadership team for Vic Keller serving in a Chief of Staff and marketing capacity for the ZAK Automotive Companies. Her knack for brand communication in both marketing & sales drives organizations forward. She continues to hone her skills in marketing strategies, communications, process improvement, proposal and presentation development, organizational management, and leading cross-functional projects.

To kick off her career of leadership, versatility, and accomplishment, Brittni graduated with honors from Dallas Baptist University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and History. She attended Dallas Baptist University on a soccer scholarship and was awarded the Philosophy Recognition Award her senior year. Brittni also holds a Masters in Information Science from the University of North Texas.

Living near Dallas/Fort Worth with her husband, the two share a sense of adventure and a love for water sports. When they get the urge to explore, they spend their time off work traveling to tropical oases – and even delve into scuba diving – as well as boating and wakesurfing on local lakes.
