Information you share.

Our inquiry form collects your name, email, message, and any optional business details you choose to provide. We also record your inquiry type, submission time, and available referral or campaign information to understand how you found us. Please keep your initial introduction high level.

How we use it.

We use this information to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, assess a potential business relationship, and maintain a record of our conversations. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or create an advisory relationship.

Storage and service providers.

Inquiries are stored in our website's restricted administrative records and notifications are sent to our designated team inbox. Our hosting and email providers process information to provide those services. We retain inquiry records while needed for the conversation, a potential business relationship, or applicable recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell inquiry information.

Website operation.

Our hosting provider processes technical request information to operate and protect the website. The inquiry service uses short-lived anti-spam controls. Session storage holds referral and campaign information during your visit; we do not store your message in browser storage. We do not currently use advertising pixels or visitor analytics for our own campaigns. The homepage may load an embedded YouTube background video. YouTube and Google receive technical information needed to deliver the player and may process information under their own policies. The video is disabled on smaller screens, for reduced-motion settings, and when a browser reports data-saving mode. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
